Adam AspinallOwner & Director The Little Flooring Co & AP Group UK Ltd.
Adam founded The Little Flooring Co in 2018 on the back of requests from his AP clients looking for the finishing interior touches to the home renovations and extensions.
Adam is a highly qualified joiner and carpenter by trade, working within the industry for over 25 years.
Adam’s high standards, keen eye for design and the finer details has earned him much respect and a great reputation within the construction and flooring industry.
Adam lives with his wife Lynsey and their children Matilda and Alfie.

Shelley WoodShowroom Manager / Designer
The welcoming face you will meet when you arrive at The Little Flooring Co. Shelley has been part of the business since July 2020.
Initially joining the team to help part-time with social media and customer aftercare.
Shelley’s skills and expertise have grown with the business, she now runs the showroom and is an integral part of the design team helping to create the perfect interior space for our valued customers.
Shelley lives at home with her husband Paul and their three children George, Darcey and Henry.
David FaulknerSenior Floor Fitter and Carpenter
A highly qualified joiner with over 25 years’ experience.
David joined The Little Flooring team in 2022 David has a passion for wood and loves to craft, using his ingenuity to create solutions to achieve the perfect finish.
David works to extremely high standards and anything less just won’t do. David lives with his partner Leanne and their beloved little dog Tinkerbell.
Matilda AspinallShowroom Assistant
Matilda, daughter of business owner Adam, works part time at The Little Flooring Co. Matilda loves all aspects of interior design and really enjoys being a part of the family business, expanding her knowledge of interiors and letting her creativity flow.
MabelResident pet dog
Our little border terrier is the real boss here at Little Flooring Co. Her favourite pastime? Sitting at her window throne, keeping a watchful eye on the world and ensuring everything runs smoothly (or at least barking when it doesn’t).
But her real talent shines when customers arrive – every visitor gets a wagging-tail welcome and a dose of her signature charm. She may not know much about parquet, but she’s an expert at making everyone feel right at home. Pop by and say hello – she’ll make your day!
